چکیده

Abstract Manufacturing relocation decisions are complex because they involve combinations of location modes like offshoring or reshoring, and governance insourcing outsourcing. Furthermore, the uncertainty involved in decision-making process makes it challenging to reach a right-shoring decision. This study presents hybrid fuzzy-AHP-TOPSIS model support generic decisions. Industry experts were pairwise comparison competitive priorities’ decision criteria. A meta-synthesis empirical studies is used generate theoretical scenarios. The presented rank scenarios order identify most pertinent alternative. resiliency solution through sensitivity analysis. results indicate that proposed can simultaneously handle all main options involving modes. Based on input data this study, priorities criteria quality, time cost shown have strong impact, whereas sustainability criterion has weak impact choice option. research paper contributes field manufacturing by demonstrating suitability for resilience results. practice providing managers with decision-support capable handling evaluating various alternatives.
